Course Overview
The Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership qualification has been created to develop and reward the business managers of today and the future, and to continue to bring recognition and professionalism to the management sectors.
It will require learners to critically evaluate, challenge and synthesise a wide range of current management tools, techniques and models.
Rules of Combination
Learners must complete the 6 mandatory units then choose a minimum of 2 optional units to achieve 120 credits total.
Progression Pathways
Upon completing this Level 7 diploma, learners can join a university partner to complete a dissertation to then receive a full master’s degree.
Learners can also step directly into employment in an associated profession or progress to the Qualifi Level 8 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership.
Entry Requirements
Learners will be expected to hold a Level 6 qualification or a first degree. In certain circumstances, managers with considerable experience but no formal qualifications may be considered.
Achievement Requirements
Learners must demonstrate they have met all learning outcomes and assessment criteria for all the required units to achieve this qualification. QUALIFI will issue certificates to all successful learners via their registered centres.

All units will be internally assessed through written assignment, internally marked by the QUALIFI approved centre and subject to external quality assurance by QUALIFI.

No Exam. Learners will be invited to attend lectures and workshops that will introduce the subject matter.
All learners should be invited to an induction event to be introduced to the programme in detail through presentations and discussions with tutors and the centre support team.
