Learning goals: The goal of this program is to ensure participants become competent in training coaching skills, core competencies, mentoring of coaches and to provide ongoing support to new coach trainers. Participants are provided with everything they need to start coaching training on their own. Our goal is to make sure that each participant will learn not just the coaching and mentoring skills but also learn to establish coach training business and get equip with multiple coaching tools and models.
The program is designed for 8 days of training. There are assignments and other non-instructor led learning engagements which needs to be completed during the program to get certified.

There is no pre-requisite for this course however if participants have completed 60 hours of coach training, they can skip the first 4 days of the program and get 30% discount.

The fees for the certificate is $ 150 where attestation, courier charges and tax are included.
We believe that all of us are filled with knowledge and experiences already touching on coaching. Most of us are busy with families and work and may not be able to dedicate our time to learning. Hence, we’ve adopted an adult learning methodology, which is fun, flexible, and experiential. We encourage fluid learning – where participants can understand and implement coaching irrespective of their knowledge, experience, and education.
