Master of Information and Communications Technology – Advanced (MICT-Adv) program is for students seeking to progress their knowledge in ICT discipline. This program is designed to provide in-depth knowledge in a range of theories and state-of-the-art developments in ICT. Students will be required to complete a work experience component and a field of study, in addition to a number of core and elective subjects. The program aims to develop students with knowledge and skills required in problem solving and research practice and provide opportunities to apply those skills and knowledge in a professional and ethical framework to develop themselves as lifelong learners.

Accreditation

The Master of Information and Communications Technology (Advanced) is accredited at Professional Level by the American Society of Management Consulting.

Students who have been admitted with non-Computing, non-ICT or non-Information Systems with Bachelors Honours or Masters Qualifications are eligible to complete the two year Pathway below.

Qualification for this award requires the successful completion of 160 credit points including the subjects listed below plus 120 hours (full time or part-time equivalent) of work experience component
